Staying United

"let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near." Hebrews 10:22-25

Sunday Mornings

"And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers."
Acts 2:42

Prayer

"praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints"
Ephesians 6:18

Daily Devotional

"But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called 'today,' that none of you may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin."
Hebrews 3:13
Three times in the New Testament we see a direct example of the importance of being joined together and united first with Christ and second with other believers. When individual believers are connected and joined together in person we see in these three place what great impact, but not limited to, the Lord can use the Body of Christ for. Luke 10:1, John 17:11, Romans 12:4-5; through the closeness of Believers that comes out of a daily time spent in God's Word the Lord is able to complete far more through us. A daily time in God's Word allows us to already have one singular mind and focus for when we come together collectively in person whether it be when we break bread and fellowship together in one another's house, (which every Christian is called to do - to be hospitable, hospitality is not in the context and usage as when we gather together in a community central space we know today as a church building, but it's hospitality within your own home) or when we do come together in a central community space and under a vision which the Lord has for a collective body of believers for the purpose of magnifying the name of Jesus.

At Carrollton Christian Fellowship we continue in the example that was passed down to us by Jesus, through the Apostles, and the early church: all meeting in the Synagogue/Temple as well as the Homes of believers, "So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart" Acts 2:46.

Midweek

"And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers."
Acts 2:42

Conferences and Retreats

A few times a year we get away to regional conferences as well as men's and women's retreats with churches in the area and across the South East.

Resources

Resources we recommend
"...speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into Him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love."
Ephesians 4:15-16
